Please read this disclaimer carefully before using Snap Loans Cash. It explains what our service is, what it is not, and the Oklahoma rules that apply to the loans we help you find.
We are a connection service, not a lender
Snap Loans Cash does not lend money, make credit decisions, or charge you any fee. We are a loan-connection service that may match your request with third-party lenders licensed to operate in Oklahoma. Any loan you receive comes from an independent lender, on that lender’s terms, which you should read in full before you accept.
Oklahoma small loan rules
Traditional short-term payday loans were replaced in Oklahoma on August 1, 2020 by the Oklahoma Small Lenders Act (Title 59 O.S. §§ 3150–3150.27). Under that law:
- Your total outstanding small loan principal across all licensed lenders combined cannot exceed $1,500 (adjusted every two years for CPI).
- Interest is capped at 17% per month on the outstanding balance (roughly a 204% APR).
- All loans must be fully amortized installment loans with terms between 60 days and 12 months, repaid in substantially equal periodic payments.
- Your scheduled monthly payment may not exceed 20% of your gross monthly income.
- Prepayment is allowed at any time without penalty.
Cost example
A $500 small loan repaid over 60 days at the maximum 17%/month interest rate carries roughly $125–$130 in interest, for an APR of approximately 204%. Small loans are short-term, higher-cost credit and are not intended for long-term financial needs. Please consider lower-cost alternatives first.
